2. What are the list of requirements for admission in the DOT-Uni Curricular Programs?

3. What are the steps to be admitted?
1. Apply in this link https://oad.clsu2.edu.ph/office-of-admissions/admission_application 2. Fill out the details needed, make sure that you will encode corporate email address of your references. 3. Attached the file in a pdf form, make sure also that you have uploaded the file needed. If you have uploaded the same file for the TOR and GWA your application will not go thru. 4. The applicant will receive a tracking reference number. 5. The office of the admissions will check your application then if your requirements are qualified then they will endorse this to the college for the evaluation. 6. After the college evaluated your credentials, they will send it back to the office of admissions for the notice of admissions. 7. After releasing the NOA the office of admissions will send this to DOT-UNI for enrollment. 8. DOT-UNI will send your assessment form for enrollment after payment then you will mark as officially enrolled.
